[BusyBox] Little RPM applet

Ok, updated version, to work with read_gz & new config system:

http://www.warwick.ac.uk/~esvld/programming/patches/busybox/busybox-rpm4.diff

The full_read was todo with reading archives from pipes (as pipes don't always 
return the requested numeber of bytes), but now we have read_gz, its not 
needed anyway. Is that ok to apply Glenn?
