[BusyBox] busybox' init doesn't need an inittab, but....

Huh. Just finished documenting what I need to do to build compact
floppies with uClibc and busybox, and then you toss up something like this....
:-)

Anyway, I figured I needed some changes to the defaults anyway, so I am
currently running with an inittab. I guess the problem can be related to
devfs. I don't quite recall every detail of the setup I had when playing
with this.

I can recommend devfs in any case. It doesn't steal oodles of bytes from
your precious little floppy. :-)
