I do not think it is closely liked to an insmod problem because the only fact
of running busybox produces the same kernel Oops:

It is running on an Aplio platform with the Aplio source tree (uClinux 2.0.38,
uC-libc and gcc 2.96 (http://aplionet.aplio.fr/ucLinux/page3.htm))
