[BusyBox] about stty

Vladimir,
	I will rewrite the help section if you wish.  English is my primary
language, and I would like to contribute something back to the community.
If anyone else has any sections like this (where it outputs text to the
user) and would like it rewritten in English, I'd be more than happy to
help!
