[BusyBox] new ar code

The attached ar code has some big changes to that in cvs, i didnt do a
diff as it made it harder to follow.

Changes are
	- Removed some old cruft that i shouldnt have put in there to begin
with, when i was trying to make it a debg-deb, most of it was defined
out, but it serves no purpose.
	- More complient to the style guide.
	- Reduced it to only two functions, ar_main, and get_headers (which
will be needed by a dpkg-deb that i have planned). Makes it more
readable.
	- updated my email address
	- Reduced size by 350 Bytes

Ive tested it pretty well, unless i hear otherwise i will commit it.
