Summary:                    Added IPv6 support for tftp and telnet client and a
few more new features for both clients (see below)
Description: 
Added IPv6 support for both telnet and tftp client. A new command line
switch '-6".
Added configurable window size option '-w' (128-1400) for telnet client.
Added configurable telnet escape character option '-e' ^A-^Z to telnet
client.

Added configurable tftp retries option '-m' (1-255) to tftp client
Added configurable tftp timeout option '-t' (1-255) to tftp client
