Starting/Setting up SSHD

Hi,
 I have launched a shell using /bin/sh command . Once i get the prompt if 
i run /usr/sbin/sshd i get command not found. Please tell me the steps to 
launch and work with SSHD. I have copied moduli   ssh_host_dsa_key 
ssh_host_key.pub
ssh_config   ssh_host_dsa_key.pub  ssh_host_rsa_keyssh 
sshd_config  ssh_host_key          ssh_host_rsa_key.pub undet /etc/ssh 
directory. Also i have copied ssh-add  ssh-agent  ssh-keygen  ssh-keyscan 
under /usr/bin directory. So what should i do after this so that i can 
work with sshd.
