Summary:                    start-stop-daemon failed to start up syslogd
Description: 
/ # /sbin/start-stop-daemon --start --exec /sbin/syslogd -- -b 1 -L -s 50
/sbin/syslogd already running.
441

but the syslogd is not there and process 441 is not running.

this bug also applies to crond applet in busybox
