[Buildroot] Genext2fs upgrade (try 2)

Hi,

Genext2fs released a new version in december 2006, some options were changed 
but most of the new features were already in buildroot as a big patch from 
the cvs-version of genext2fs from some time ago.

This patch upgrades genext2fs and fixes the changed parameters.

(patch too big for the ML)
